Business financial data — including chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, expenses, payroll, and financial reports accessed through authorized integrations with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online.
Contact information — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number provided during onboarding or communications.
Authentication credentials — OAuth tokens issued by QuickBooks Online or other third-party platforms solely to enable authorized API access on your behalf. These tokens are never stored beyond the active session.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we access exclusively to provide the services you have engaged us to perform, which may include:

Setting up and maintaining your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online
Generating financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
Providing month-end close support and financial commentary
Delivering strategic financial guidance tailored to your business

We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the services we provide you.

3. Third-Party Platform Access

With your explicit authorization, we may connect to your QuickBooks Online account via Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 API. This connection is granted by you and can be revoked at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings under Manage Connections. We access only the data necessary to perform the services you have requested.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we access on your behalf. API access tokens are used only during active service sessions and are not permanently stored on external servers. All communications with QuickBooks Online occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.

5. Data Retention

We retain financial reports and analyses we prepare for you for a period of seven (7) years in accordance with standard accounting record-keeping practices. Raw financial data accessed through third-party platforms remains in those platforms and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Revoke our access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time
Request a copy of any financial analysis or report we have prepared for you
Request deletion of any contact information we hold for you
